Crew staff
The captain is the main responsible regarding the boat and the safety of all the people on board. He has the right, any time, if it's strictly necessary, to change the itinerary or the program organised in advance or to stop the boat, according to weather conditions. The guests are responsible of their own cabin.

Safety
Sun Odissey 49i is equipped by one of the most modern safety system according to the laws of the sea. On board you can find: safety jackets for each person - life-raft - E.P.I.R.B. - GPS - satellite phone - internet connection to monitor the weather forecast.

Use of the toilet
The 2 WC on board are electrics; for this reason it is recommended do not throw any item (including sanitary towels) or anything different from a small quantity of toilet paper per time. Control the use of the water.

Meals
The guests are free to have their meals any time they wish, according with the crew staff.

Captain availability
The captain is always available from 7 am to 11 pm; for any emergency he's available 24/7.

Shoes on board
For hygienic reason, take off your ``road`` shoes once you enter on the boat; if you wish to you can wear a pair of boat shoes or clean shoes or nothing.

Tender
For security reason, only the captain is allow to drive the tender
8
Smoking
It is permitted to smoke on the external part of the boat; do not throw any cigarettes (as any other type of material) on the sea in order to respect the environment. It's strictly forbidden to smoke inside the boat.
